In March, I started writing sticky notes for strangers with reminders for self-care and self-love. I would leave them in various places and post a picture of them on social media. From April - July, I am posting sticky love notes for 100 days straight.
The project started as a way to bring myself some joy and maybe make others smile, but quickly spread to impact others in a way I didn't predict. It's not an overstatement to say that this project is changing my life for the better.
I wanted to create something fun to commemorate the project and to remind myself to spread just a little bit of love every day.
